Itinerary
Begin your journey by checking in with our festive Mountpanther elves. Every family is greeted with a Christmas treat and a complimentary hot drink, setting the tone for a cosy, heartwarming start to your experience.
Your dedicated Elf Guide will greet you and lead you into the Elf Workshop, where the Chief Toymaker Elf hosts a hands-on Christmas crafting session.
Children will:
- Create their own Christmas tree decoration to take home
- Write their letter to Santa
- Post it into our magical North Pole Post Box, which sends it straight to The North Pole!
- This fully interactive workshop is designed to spark creativity and excitement right from the beginning.
Your Elf Guide then leads you through our enchanting Christmas Tree Trail, ending at the Petting Barn.
Warm up beside our glowing fire pit as your Elf Guide brings you to Marshmallow Toasting.
Crispy, gooey, delicious – the perfect festive treat and a cosy outdoor moment for the whole family.
It’s time for festive fun and play!
Visit our Bouncy Castle Shed, meet more of our farm animals, and say hello to our Reindeer in Training. Kids can burn off energy while parents capture amazing photos, including a must-have family shot on Santa’s Sleigh.
Step inside Santa’s Magic Waiting Area, a warm and immersive pre-grotto space.
Here, the elves entertain with:
- Magical Christmas stories
- Fun interactive games
- Festive videos and cosy seating
- Make Reindeer Food to bring home
This builds anticipation before meeting Santa while giving families time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The moment you’ve been waiting for.
When Santa is ready, your family will be invited into the Grotto for a personal, unrushed visit.
Your grotto experience includes:
- One-on-one time with Santa
- A chat about Christmas wishes
- A Special Golden Ticket for every child
- A professional printed family photo with Santa
Your Golden Ticket can be exchanged for any toy in your child’s age category in Santa’s Toyshop.
Finish your magical journey inside Santa’s Toyshop, filled wall-to-wall with exciting toys for children to choose from using their Golden Ticket.
Everyone (including adults) will also receive:
- Hot Food (cocktail sausages, chips & sauce) included in the ticket price.
Families can then relax upstairs to enjoy:
- Their festive food
- Christmas music
- Additional crafts and colouring activities
- A warm, calm space to wind down before heading home
Event Highlights
- You will see our herd of over 50 Deer, on your drive up to the farm! These are Santa’s Reindeer in Training…
- All areas are indoors, so you won’t have to face the chilly, dark evenings!
- You won’t be hungry! Enjoy yummy snacks and refreshments on arrival, a toasted marshmallow along the way and hot food to end your visit.
- Receive the VIP treatment with an exclusive, intimate experience with just a handful of families in your group. Your very own elf guide will lead you on a magical journey through the entire experience, ensuring you receive personalised attention and care every step of the way.
- Get a family photograph with Santa Clause and get a printed copy to take home! (1 photograph per family).
- Our event typically lasts a minimum of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
