Can I bring a dog to Mountpanther on a lead?

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on our premises to ensure the health and safety of other animals and patrons at the park.

What our your opening hours & dates?

April to June – Open weekends and bank holidays 11am to 5pm

July & August – Open 7 days 11am to 5pm

September – Open weekends and bank holidays 11am to 5pm

October – Weekends and bank holiday + events 11am to 5pm

November to February – Closed

Is the park wheelchair accessible?

The park is accessible for individuals of all abilities!

We have multiple disabled parking spots marked within the car park to enhance accessibility and minimise walking distance to the farm park.

All areas of the farm park are level access and are capable of being accessed by wheelchair users or individuals utilising walking aids; as well as prams.

We have a disabled toilet in the café that is also equipped with a baby changing facility.

There are plentiful picnic benches all around the park meaning you are never too far from a rest spot, without missing out on the fun!

What if there is to be bad weather?

You can change your tickets up to 24 hours before by emailing [email protected] or calling us on 07715644145. If on the day of visiting
the farm, the Management Team deem that there are adverse weather conditions – you will be thanked for coming to the farm in such bad weather with a Free Child Pass, to hopefully visit the farm again on a better day!

What do I wear to the farm?

We recommend checking the weather forecast for the day of your visit and dress appropriately. On wet days it is advisable to wear welly boots and a coat, for warmer weather please come prepared with sun cream, hats, sunglasses etc. It may also be useful to check the pollen count if anyone in your family suffers from hay fever.

What ID should I bring to prove that I am a Carer?

ID must be shown if you are a carer. This can be a DLA Letter, Carer’s Allowance Letter or a Letter from your Doctor.

Is there a set amount of time I can stay in the park for?

No, you are welcome to stay in the park for as long as you like, up until our closing time at 5pm.

On event days, there may be allocated slots, in which case the time will be displayed on your ticket.

What is included in my ticket?

Included in the entry price is access to all indoor play facilities, the petting barn, reptile room, use of all outdoor play equipment including the bouncy pillow, tractors, sand pit, go karts, our playhouse and the outdoor farm animals.

Is there any additional costs in the park?

There are a few optional extras in the park which include the Deer Safari which is £3 per person, bags of animal feed which are £1 each and also a few arcade games in the bouncy castle shed.

Family Tickets

You can bring any 4, 5 or 6 people on a family ticket. It does not have to made up equally of adults and children. It can be any 4, 5 or 6 people!

Can we bring a BBQ?

For Health and safety reasons, we do not permit barbecues onsite.

Great visit the fact you could go in amongst the animals is credit to the farm staff and shows the animals are well treated and looked after, wallaby being my all time favourite animal was absolutely amazing… my wife, daughter and her friend had an amazing time, and the fella who looked after on the tractor ride to the deer was a wealth of knowledge, telling us about the old house etc and how Donald trump tried to buy the place… we will difo be back

Finally got to experience the tour down to the deer and helped feed them. Last year we went during rutting season. The young lad who gave the talk was exceptionally well versed in the life of the deer. I would highly recommend Mount Panther Farm for anyone to visit.

Such a great family day out, all the staff are so friendly and informative about all the animals. I have to say this year I was very impressed with a lovely lady called Becky she was such a friendly person and told us all about the animals and nothing was too much trouble. She took out the guinea pigs after seeing my son had a teddy of 1. Both my sons love getting into see the goats as do I, it is such a fantastic place for family day out. Highly recommend and we can't wait to visit again.

We took a wee unexpected trip to mountpanther farm with 3 kids  aged 5,11,12 and they all loved it so much everywhere was spotless the staff were so friendly when kids were asking questions about the animal's  I will definitely be back here very soon best farm ive been to

You can bring your own picnic or there is somewhere I think you can buy food - we didn't so not sure what is available. Staff all very engaging with children and very helpful and polite, didn't wait for my boys to go to them, they came to us to ask them if they wanted to pet animals or talk to them

Both the adults & the kids, we spent the full day here as there is so much to do between feeding animals, talks, deer safari and a whole range of activities for kids like park play areas, go-karts & bouncy castles! Staff were lovely too, we will be back!
