As autumn is starting, it also means that Halloween is near. Mountpanther Farm Park invites you to join us for our much-anticipated annual Pumpkin Fest! This year, we’re excited to offer a delightful, fun, and unique set of activities that you can only experience here to make the best memories out of this spooky season.

With two time slots available each day- 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 1:45 PM to 5:15 PM- you’ll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy all the festivities. Each session lasts for 3.5 hours, and we kindly ask all guests to leave promptly at the end of their time slot to allow for cleaning before the next group arrives.
What’s On at Pumpkin Fest?
We designed this year’s Pumpkin Fest to be a thrilling experience that is filled with fun activities. For those that are seeking new things to do in Northern Ireland, or even a day out in NI, we can guarantee you will enjoy our Pumpkin Fest. Here’s a detailed look at what you can expect during your visit
Start by Exploring Our Pumpkin Patch
First stop of our Pumpkin Fest is to explore our pumpkin patch area. Families or even friends can wander through rows of vibrant pumpkins to be picked. Whether you’re looking for the perfect pumpkin to carve or simply want to enjoy the beautiful autumn scenery, our pumpkin patch is a must-visit.
As you stroll through the patch, you can also enjoy the beautiful sights of Autumn and smells of the falling leaves. Also don’t forget to let the kids pick their own pumpkins as they will be really excited to select their own pumpkin.
Pumpkin Carving
Second stop, once you’ve picked your pumpkin, it’s time to show your creativity! We offer pumpkin carving stations where you can choose your design, let one of our staff carve your pumpkin and take it home to display!
Spooky Trail
For those who love a thrill, our Spooky Trail is not to be missed! Explore into our haunted house, where you’ll encounter eerie decorations, creepy sounds, and perhaps a few surprises along the way. As you walk through the trail, keep your eyes open for spooky characters and unexpected twists.
In addition, we’ve added some new surprises to the trail this year, making it even more exciting for guests of all ages. However, keep in mind that our Spooky Trail is designed to be fun rather than frightening, ensuring that younger visitors can enjoy the experience without being too scared.
Meet Our Halloween Characters
Throughout the festival, you’ll have the chance to meet some of our terrifying Halloween characters. These spooky figures will be roaming the farm park, ready to take photos and interact with guests. Don’t forget to bring your camera to create unforgettable snapshots too.
Our characters are friendly and love to pose for pictures, which makes them popular with both children and adults. Be sure to keep an eye out for special appearances by fan-favourite characters, as well as new additions to our Halloween line-up.
Creepy Surprises
Our surprise does not end just at the spooky trail. As you explore the park, keep your eyes open for lots of creepy surprises hidden throughout the grounds. You might stumble upon a hidden treasure or encounter a spooky surprise that will make you laugh. Our team has worked hard to create an immersive experience that captures the spirit of Halloween while ensuring everyone has a great time.
Fancy Dress Competition
Show off your Halloween spirit by participating in our Fancy Dress Competition! Taking place at 12 PM and 4:15 PM each day, this competition invites all guests to dress up in their best Halloween costumes. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative, spooky, and fun outfits, so get creative!
Whether you choose to dress as a classic witch, a superhero, or something different, we can’t wait to see your costumes. You can also consider this as an opportunity for families and friends to bond and showcase their creativity. You and your family/ friends can dress up as minions or even as a group of superheroes together and create core memories.
