Cancellation and Refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
If your plans change, we’re happy to move your booking to another date up to 24 hours before your visit, subject to availability. If we have to cancel your visit, we’ll offer an alternative date or a refund where appropriate.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
